Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on the mind and body, and is a great way to improve many aspects of your physical health, including building core strength, increasing mobility and improving posture. Postnatal pilates classes are targeted specifically on adjusting to the changes in your body after pregnancy by gently toning, strengthening and stretching. It is a relaxed class where babies are welcome until crawling.
